In 2003 Olena Pinchuk founded the first and the only charity established with private funds and aiming at fighting against the AIDS epidemic in Ukraine. The main focus areas are the fight against HIV/AIDS and a healthy lifestyle, mentorial and educational projects aimed at young girls and women, and attracting the best international experience in the humanitarian sphere to Ukraine.

Projects of direct assistance to people affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic, assistance to medical institutions treating patients with HIV status, the project «Mobile clinics for HIV-positive children», and other direct humanitarian assistance.

Supports and coordinates the Foundation's communication and PR activities, advises on information coverage of projects and initiatives.
